Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup RaspberriesOptional for extra color Optional for extra color
  • 1 piece Banana Peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt Natural or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk Any plant-based milk works
  • 1/2 tsp Honey optional
  • 4 cubes ice To chill the smoothie

  • 1 Cutting Board To prepare fruits
  • 1 Glasses For serving the smoothie

Method
 

  1. Wash the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly.
    Peel and chop the banana into pieces.
    Place all the fruits in the blender.
    Add the yogurt and almond milk.
    Add honey if desired to sweeten.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Add ice if you want it colder and blend again.
    Pour into glasses and garnish with a strawberry or raspberry.
